Almost all the family members came except for my sis who has to work, my cousin Caleb who was just enlisted to Army 2 days back and 三 姑 丈. The family is getting bigger with the addition of 4th generation - Julia who is 4.5 yo, 旭 恩 who is 2.5 yo and Kyrell who is 22 mths old - and partners/spouse. We had 3 tables + 1 vegetarian table so there were around 41 of us presence.
It was great to see everyone again after the last gathering during the Lunar New Year. Unfortunately I did not get to chat with most of them because I was busy with Kyrell and taking pix/video while hubby entertained others (HMPF!)
Kyrell enjoyed himself tremendously ; he allowed almost everyone to carry him and is able to address some of the relatives ie Lao Gong (great grandpa), Lao Ma (great grandpa), Lao Chek (grand uncle aka my father's bro), Cindy 阿 姨 and 舅 舅 for all of my male cousins hehe... but he especially likes the companion of Julia!! The whole night, he was calling "Julia 姐 姐", will look for her when he's back with me at the table then when playing, they will hold each other's hand :)
He even willingly demostrated his "blink eye" act (his version of the Cadbury's Eyebrow Ad) to the families and it never fails to make everyone laughs :p

The celebrations ended a promise that us cousins will meet up soon and try to hold a BBQ or something for the whole household again!
