Our Baby Kyrell Turns 1 Year Old - 12 Dec 08 (Part 2)

After the swim, we went to packet our lunch and head home. Kyrell took a nap before we went to ExplorerKid @ Downtown East in the late afternoon. My bro happens to be not working today so we met up there. The boys had just about 1.5 hours of fun!

Our Baby Kyrell Turns 1 Year Old - 12 Dec 08 (Part 1)

My baby is a toddler now.. boo hoo... I will missed him in my tummy and a cradling baby!!

I can't imagine he has grown so much for the past year, from a 3.27kg baby to a almost 11kg boy now. He can speak about 30+ words already and it makes me so proud! He understands what we are saying most of the time and will react to us.

Kyrell cannot walk yet though, he can only walk while holding on to a rail for example. But what's more important, is that he's such a deary and so happy all the time!! Oh yah, and he likes to dance, to ANY music keke...

On this special day, hubby and I both took leave to spend some time with him. In the morning, well not quite that early, at close to noon, we brought him for a swim. A real swimming pool this time, the last time he 'swam', he was only 4 months old at the tub :) We went to the pool near our house, a condo where my uncle stayed.

At first, he was abit scared but I think it was from the cold water. After a minute or so, he get used to it and seem to enjoy playing in the pool :)

Hari Raya Haji - 08 Dec 08

Yippie, we are not working today! After the 4 parties on 6th & 7th, we are dead tired. So we spend today resting at home :)

Potato - 07 Dec 08

Yeap, thats the word that Kyrell said before we go to Mal's party!

POTATO and we did not even teach him. What happens was, hubby and I were in the room with Kyrell, resting before we go to the party. As I was leaving our room to prepare his snack (whipped potato) so that he can have it at the party, I said "mummy going to make potato for you". Then we heard something that sounds like "potato" from his mouth hehe... as I proceed to the kitchen, hubby made him repeat again.

So there you have it, Kyrell's first 3 syllabus word, 1 week before he turns 1 year old :)

Its too cute not to "show off" to other mummies hehe...

Of cos, he doesn't always pronounce it accurately, sometimes he said "tato" or "totato" >_<

Malcolm Turns 1 Year Old - 07 Dec 08

Dec is a busy month for me, not only is it Christmas (lotsa shopping to do), it is also the birth month of Kyrell and same for many other Dec07 babies!

And so when the BIG 1 YEAR OLD party is round the corner, we Dec07 mummies set ourselves to prepare the 'party of the year' and invites some of us along!
